FORM50 is the smartest & most effective workout in 50 minutes. It’s a full-body workout, without the toll of high-impact exercise – no running and no jumping. We combine slow and fast explosive movements on a spring-based custom reformer, designed for performance training.

It’s a group fitness class on a reformer. Nothing else like it in Miami. High intensity strength training, full-body results in 50 minutes. The afterburn effect keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 36 hours after class.

FORM50 is NOT Pilates. FORM50 and Pilates have a few things in common – both are low impact, and work on a machine. FORM50 is high intensity, which means more fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and strength. Think high intensity strength training on a reformer. The intensity of FORM50 doesn’t suit everyone. Those who want a lower intensity workout may be better off with the restorative nature of Pilates.

If you’ve searched for reformer classes near you in Miami and landed here, you’re in the right place. But expect something different. FORM Your Foundation is a must for beginners and suitable for all fitness levels. We will help you master the foundational moves you’ll use in Total Body. This may be where you start, but it will help you build the strength you will need. In FORM Your Foundation, your coach breaks everything down step by step: the FORMFormer, all the moves, so you can get the feel and flow of killer form. Think slow, controlled, functional movements for just the right amount of intensity. This class moves at a pace that’s totally doable, but still challenging.

New clients at FORM50 Miami: start here. Our reformer studio runs Foundation in a small-group setting with a coach who works with you directly from day one. Even if you’ve never touched a reformer, this is your starting point.

All classes at FORM50 are challenging no matter your fitness level or how many times you have taken class at our studio. Total Body Sculpt is our intermediate/advanced class and may not be suitable for clients with injuries or who are pregnant. However, our coaches will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. We do strongly encourage all newbies to take FORM Your Foundation first.

Total Body Sculpt is our signature strength training class in a group setting, the one regulars come back for week after week. High-speed intervals, time under tension, full-body strength work in a room full of people who push each other. Every class has a ceiling you haven’t hit yet.

We recommend clients to take at least 1-2 rest days in between each class. Taking class 3-4X per week is recommended for best results.

FORM50 is high intensity strength training. Your body needs time between sessions to rebuild and get stronger. 3-4 classes a week is the sweet spot where real changes in strength and body composition start to compound. That’s where results show up.

Our Coach-In-Training classes are classes taught by our trainees who are in the process of learning to become a coach. These classes are on the schedule periodically.

Street parking is available on surrounding blocks with a parking garage two doors down. Open 7 days a week. New clients must arrive 10 minutes early. Grippy socks are required. Grab a pair at the studio if you need them.
