OUR FOUNDER
Monica Marder launched FORM50 after spending over a decade in New York City, driven by a mission to create a smarter, safer, and more effective approach to full-body strength training. Blending the precision of Pilates with the power of strength training, FORM50 was designed to deliver results for all body types and fitness levels.
What began as a single studio has grown into a rapidly expanding brand with a loyal following, known for what many call “the smartest, sexiest workout”—focused on injury prevention, optimal form, and long-term results.

OUR FOUNDER
FORM50’s first location opened in 2018 in Astoria, New York. Monica Marder set out to create more than a workout. She built a community that thrives on strength, support, and transformation.
Monica curated a team of top-tier talent, we’ve shaped the FORM50 workout into a method that challenges limits and delivers lasting results.
During the pandemic and a shut down for 9 months, FORM50 pivoted to Miami. Monica used limited resources to open a second studio and keep the brand alive during uncertainty.
FORM50 opened it’s second New York studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in July 2023.
By 2024, FORM50 opened it’s flagship studio in the heart of NYC. FORM50’s largest studio features 15 reformers, showers, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and body roller.
In July 2025 FORM50 opened it’s 5th studio location in Boca Raton, Florida – marking a new chapter in FORM50’s evolution.

Originally from Chicago, Monica spent over a decade in New York City where she launched FORM50 with a mission to create a smarter, safer, and more effective approach to full-body strength training.
She now lives close to family in Boca Raton with her goldendoodle Misha, where she continues to lead the brand’s strategic growth across new markets. FORM50’s signature method is rooted in science-backed, high-intensity, low-impact programming that blends the precision of Pilates with the power of strength training. FORM50 is designed for all body types and fitness levels and has built a loyal following by delivering what fans have called “the smartest, sexiest workout” focusing on injury-prevention, long term results, and optimal form.

Meet Bekah Kilinski, Vice President of Operations at FORM50 Fitness.
A proud Dallas native, Bekah’s lifelong passion for movement began with dance. She earned her BFA in Dance from Sam Houston State University, where her love for the human body in motion naturally evolved into a career in fitness. She became a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor with over 400 hours of training and began her professional journey at Equinox, where she spent five years specializing in pre/postnatal fitness.
Bekah joined FORM50 in 2018 as a Founding Coach and has since grown into a vital leader within the company. Now serving as VP of Operations, she is the mind behind FORM50’s training program and signature workouts. She leads Coach education and ensures every FORM50 class reflects the brand’s commitment to smart, safe, and effective high intensity strength training.
Bekah is deeply connected to the FORM50 mission and community. She believes in the power of movement to transFORM, and she’s passionate about fostering an inclusive, uplifting space for all. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her running long distances, traveling the world with her husband Fran, or enjoying life in Astoria, NY with their beloved Corgi, Bagel.

Kelsye has been living in New York City for over a decade. As a certified health coach, she is passionate about promoting a holistic lifestyle and leads by example. When she’s not busy coaching clients of all levels at Form50, Kelsye can be found working out or spending quality time with her beloved doodle, Maverick. Her adventurous spirit is also evident in her love for travel, and during the summer months, she can often be found soaking up the sun and sipping on a refreshing spritz in Italy.

Coach Kenny, AKA Killer K, is one Spicy Puerto Rican born in the Peach state (GA), raised in the 3 oh 5 (Miami, FL).
Coach Kenny has a background in Retail Management with a passion for operations, problem solving, and helping others grow professionally and personally.
He has a certification in Health and Fitness. With a background in performing arts, such as dance and band, Kenny loves a pumping beat that gets him moving – or in his case, twerking. Killer K started as a client and immediately fell in love with FORM50.
“I’ve always been a competitive person. I derive my drive and ambition from the people around me who are fighting for the same end goal as me. I’ve never been a fitness studio type of person because I never left feeling challenged. That all changed when I came to FORM50! Loved it so much that I became a coach. FORM50 has truly given me the opportunity to make a difference in EVERYONE’s life, not just mine.”

Leandra is a New York native, born and raised in the Bronx, and a proud Dominican. She brings a background in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, social media, and content creation to her role as Digital Marketing Coordinator at FORM50. She works on creating thoughtful and engaging marketing content and brand collaborations for the FORM50 community.
Outside of the studio, Leandra is all about wellness, self-improvement, and trying new things. In her free time, she’s often checking out new food spots, trying new activities, exploring the city, catching up on her latest shows, or scrolling through TikTok. She values community and spending time with her family, friends, and meeting new people.

Selena was born and raised in Long Island, NY, where her love for movement and discipline was sparked through years as a competitive gymnast. That foundation fueled a lifelong passion for fitness, strength, and self-discovery.
From the moment she stepped into her first FORM50 class, she felt an instant connection — to the energy, the community, and the challenge. FORM50 quickly became more than just a workout; it became her therapy, her outlet, and her second home.
Selena thrives on the electric vibe of the studio, the motivation of her fellow coaches, and the way FORM50 constantly pushes her to grow — mentally and physically. She always knew she was meant to be part of something bigger, and the moment she found FORM50, everything clicked.

Coach Stephanie grew up on Long Island, New York, always dreaming of living in Manhattan. She started her career as a Behavior Analyst, but everything shifted when she found FORM50 while recovering from an injury. What began as a personal journey led to something much bigger—she went from being a client, to working the front desk, to coaching, and is now proud to be the Managing Partner of the Midtown East studio, alongside her best friend.
Stephanie is passionate about fashion, glam, travel, personal growth, and building deep, meaningful connections. As a coach, one of the most rewarding parts of her journey is witnessing clients step into their power and glow from the inside out. She believes there’s nothing more fulfilling than helping others discover their strength, confidence, and resilience.

Born in New York, Evy was raised in her father’s restaurant instilling an appreciation for discipline and hard work. It has given her the ability to connect deeply with people from all walks of life, understanding their stories and experiences. She feels most alive when in nature and is fueled by human interaction and sunshine.
She believes vulnerability is the essence of connection and conducts her classes that way. Her wild heart has guided her through many choices in her life, one being FORM50. Evy’s happy place is the studio, and she thrives to make it home for everyone that walks towards those pink lights!

Coach Kristin is a California native, born and raised in LA. She found FORM50 when she moved to Miami and immediately fell in love with the challenge of the workout and the community of baddies! Kristin has spent most of her career working in nightlife and training behavior therapists to work with kids with special needs. She now drives her passion for helping others into coaching at FORM50.
You can find Kaskade, Rufus Du Sol, and 90s/2000s music in heavy rotation on her playlist. When she’s not getting LIIT at the studio, she loves cuddling with her 2 chihuahuas, Penny and Milo, catching up on all her Bravo shows (shout out to all the Bravo-holics!), and grabbing a bite to eat in Wynwood.

Coach Quinn aka Queen of “UP & DOWN AN INCH,” was born and raised in New York. Quinn moved to Miami, FL to experience something new and never looked back. She has a background in Activewear and Retail Management, which lead her to coaching at FORM50.
Quinn’s high energy, is not only unforgettable, but it derives from the FORMfam community! Creating a safe place where everyone is welcomed is what keeps Quinn’s passion for coaching impenetrable! Quinn loves a great up beat twerk song as well as a good 90s hiphop/RB playlist.
Her favorite healthy snacks include grass feed beef jerky, blackberries, dairy free protein bars and pink coconut water. You can catch hanging out…well, EVERYWHERE! Exploring new places is what she does best. After all, she is from The Big Apple!

Mahlissa Gomez, Social Media Manager of FORM50 Fitness, is a seasoned PR and communications professional with over eight years of experience. A proud Latina from Miami, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations.
Before joining FORM50, Mahlissa built a career in public relations and strategic communications, where she specialized in talent management, TV booking, and brand storytelling. She now brings that expertise to FORM50, blending media savvy with creative social strategy to grow the brand’s presence and community.
As both the creative force behind FORM50’s digital platforms and a passionate instructor, Mahlissa has been integral since the studio’s early days helping open the Miami location and building a vibrant community both in-studio and online.
When she’s not working behind the scenes, you’ll often find Mahlissa coaching classes and connecting with the community she loves. Her warm, creative approach and diverse background make her an essential part of the FORM50 team.
