Originally from Chicago, Monica spent over a decade in New York City where she launched FORM50 with a mission to create a smarter, safer, and more effective approach to full-body strength training.
She now lives close to family in Boca Raton with her goldendoodle Misha, where she continues to lead the brand’s strategic growth across new markets. FORM50’s signature method is rooted in science-backed, high-intensity, low-impact programming that blends the precision of Pilates with the power of strength training. Meet Bekah Kilinski, Vice President of Operations at FORM50 Fitness.
A proud Dallas native, Bekah’s lifelong passion for movement began with dance. She earned her BFA in Dance from Sam Houston State University, where her love for the human body in motion naturally evolved into a career in fitness. She became a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor with over 400 hours of training and began her professional journey at Equinox, where she spent five years specializing in pre/postnatal fitness.
Bekah joined FORM50 in 2018 as a Founding Coach and has since grown into a vital leader within the company. Now serving as VP of Operations, she is the mind behind FORM50’s training program and signature workouts. She leads Coach education and ensures every FORM50 class reflects the brand’s commitment to smart, safe, and effective high intensity strength training.
Bekah is deeply connected to the FORM50 mission and community. She believes in the power of movement to transFORM, and she’s passionate about fostering an inclusive, uplifting space for all. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her running long distances, traveling the world with her husband Fran, or enjoying life in Astoria, NY with their beloved Corgi, Bagel.

Kelsye has been living in New York City for over a decade. As a certified health coach, she is passionate about promoting a holistic lifestyle and leads by example. Coach Kenny, AKA Killer K, is one Spicy Puerto Rican born in the Peach state (GA), raised in the 3 oh 5 (Miami, FL).
Coach Kenny has a background in Retail Management with a passion for operations, problem solving, and helping others grow professionally and personally.
He has a certification in Health and Fitness. With a background in performing arts, such as dance and band, Kenny loves a pumping beat that gets him moving – or in his case, twerking. Killer K started as a client and immediately fell in love with FORM50.

She started her career as a Behavior Analyst, but everything shifted when she found FORM50 while recovering from an injury. What began as a personal journey led to something much bigger—she went from being a client, to working the front desk, to coaching, and is now proud to be the Managing Partner of the Midtown East studio, alongside her best friend.

Mahlissa Gomez, Social Media Manager of FORM50 Fitness, is a seasoned PR and communications professional with over eight years of experience. A proud Latina from Miami, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations.
Before joining FORM50, Mahlissa built a career in public relations and strategic communications, where she specialized in talent management, TV booking, and brand storytelling. She now brings that expertise to FORM50, blending media savvy with creative social strategy to grow the brand’s presence and community.
As both the creative force behind FORM50’s digital platforms and a passionate instructor, Mahlissa has been integral since the studio’s early days helping open the Miami location and building a vibrant community both in-studio and online.

FORM50 is the smartest & most effective workout in 50 minutes. It’s a full-body workout, without the toll of high-impact exercise – no running and no jumping. We combine slow and fast explosive movements on a spring based custom reformer, designed for performance training.
FORM50 is NOT Pilates. FORM50 and Pilates have a few things in common, both are low impact, and work on a machine. FORM50 is high intensity, which means more fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and strength. Think high intensity strength training on a reformer. The intensity of FORM50 doesn’t suit everyone. Those who want a lower intensity workout may be better off with the restorative nature of Pilates.
FORM Your Foundation is a must for beginners and suitable for all fitness levels. We will help you master the foundational moves you’ll use in Total Body. This may be where you start, but it will help you build the strength you will need. In FORM your Foundation, your coach breaks everything down step by step, the FORMFormer, and all the moves, so you can get the feel and flow of killer form. Think slow, controlled, functional movements for just the right amount of intensity. This class moves at a pace that’s totally doable, but still challenging.
All classes at FORM50 are challenging no matter your fitness level or how many times you have taken class at our studio. Total Body Sculpt is our intermediate/advanced class and may not be suitable for clients with injuries or pregnant. However, our coaches will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. We do strongly encourage for all newbies to take Form Your Foundation.
We recommend clients to take at least 1-2 rest days in between each class. Taking class 3-4X per week is recommended for best results.
Our Coach-In-Training classes are classes taught buy our trainees that are in the process of learning to become a coach. These classes are discounted at $20 and are on the schedule periodically.
