GUIDED MEDITATION

Half upstate New Yorker, half Jersey girl, Coach Erin is a professional dancer and choreographer who discovered FORM50 when she had a dance injury. Because the workout is low impact but high intensity, it was exactly what she needed and she was hooked. FORM50 changed Erin physically and mentally. Every time she walked out the door, she felt so strong. Being able to bring that feeling to others is so rewarding to her. Erin is obsessed with the strong, feminist, body-positive lyrics of Lizzo, who rules her playlist. AT HOME FACIAL

Join Lisa Guidi, Founder of Erase & Sken Spa. She will be walking through all the steps with her very own product line Sken and explaining other alternatives, how to massage facial for lifting and lymphatic drainage, and why this is important especially during a time like this.

▸ Items Required

- Pot with boiling water for steam (essential oils can be added if you have, preferably orange or chamomile) orSmall washcloth soaked in hot warm, also essential oil can be added to this.

- Going to steam face for (3-5 mins) 

- Face Cleanser (Forever Young) 

- Gentle Scrub (Exfoliation) 

- Honey me upMask (Let me Breathe)  (eye patches if you have) 

- Facial Oil, for massage (if you have an at home facial tool for massage this is perfect)
