When will FORM50 re-open?

When state and local officials tell us it’s OK to re-open, our team will evaluate our plan. We’ll re-open only when we feel it’s safe, and we promise you’ll be the first to know.

How are you ensuring social distancing in the studio?

We’ve changed the entire layout of our studio to reflect current recommendations. FORMFormers are now positioned so clients are at least 6 feet apart. New floor markings enforce social distancing rules, too. We require all members to adhere to these standards. Additionally, cubbies have been removed to avoid gathering in one area. Please bring minimal belongings to the studio, and place them inside your machine.

What about disinfecting?

Each FORM50Former will be disinfected before and after every class using FDA-approved disinfectants proven to kill viruses, including COVID-19. FORM50 coaches and staff will thoroughly disinfect all common areas between classes. Additionally, the studio will be deep-cleaned daily by professionals.

What about personal protective equipment?

We’ll provide coaches and staff with masks and gloves that they’ll wear at all times in the studio. Members will be required to wear masks at all times except while vigorously working out. Disposable gloves are available by request for all staff and members. Both disposable and cloth masks are available for purchase in our studio.

Do you have an air purifier?

Yes! We invested in a Medify Air Hepa-Grade Air Purifier that will operate while class is in session.

What will clients be asked to do?

We’ll provide disinfecting wipes. Clients are required to wipe their entire machine down before and after class. Additionally, hand-sanitizing will be required when entering FORM50. We have touchless stations throughout the studio. We also strongly request that every client wash their hands upon entering.

What will coaches be asked to do?

Coaches will not be providing hands-on adjustments in class. We’ll demonstrate each and every move in front of the class, giving clear verbal cues to ensure safe and effective form.

What’s the process when clients arrive for class?

Our doors will open 10 minutes before each class begins to allow clients from the previous class to exit first, which will minimize crowding in common areas. Once the studio doors have closed, they’ll remain closed for the duration of class—no exceptions.

Will there be health checks?

Coaches and staff will have their temperatures taken when entering FORM50. Anyone with 100.4 degrees or higher will not be permitted into the studio. Any coaches, staff or clients showing signs of illness—a runny nose, persistent sneezing and a cough, for example—will be asked to leave. Members will be credited for the class. Please do not return for a minimum of three days. If you’ve tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come into contact with an infected person, do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you test negative.

Are transactions contactless?

We ask that all members keep a valid credit card on file to ensure contactless transactions. Need to update your info? Just go here

What about towels, water and amenities?

We’ve suspended our towel service and water station for now, so please bring your own. You can also purchase a brand new towel or bottled water in the studio. To limit hand-to-hand contact, we’ve removed amenities from the restrooms and changing rooms—things like hair ties, hairspray, dry shampoo, tampons and cell phone charging stations. If you need any of these you can ask the front desk for it. Grippy socks are still required (some things never change).  

What about class packages and memberships that have expired?

Once we know for sure when we’ll re-open, we’ll extend all class packages for the number of days FORM50 was closed. We’ll also unfreeze monthly auto-enrolls. If you have a monthly membership, we’ll adjust your autopay schedule to make sure you receive unused classes in your current cycle before being charged for a new cycle.
