To book your first class at Form50 Fitness you will need to create an online account and buy your first class. If you’re on your phone, this app, Mindbody makes it easier to buy and book classes!

What should I bring?

An open-minded attitude with the willingness to try something new is all we ask for. Regardless of your fitness background, this workout will be tough - that's the point! Make sure you drink enough water and eat a nutritious snack before class. Wear workout clothes. Grip socks are required for your safety, we do not wear sneakers in class. If you don't bring a pair of grippy socks, you will be asked to purchase a pair at the studio. Bring a water bottle, we have a cooler free of charge for refills, and we also sell CORE water if you wish to purchase. We provide towels, expect to get sweaty!

Arrive early

We require you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class! We'll explain the Lagree Method and answer any questions you may have. This also gives us a chance to learn more about you - let us know if you have any injuries or specific fitness goals. You'll put your belongings in our cubbies. Slide into your grippy socks, grab a towel, and make yourself comfortable on any machine that is speaking to you. Your instructor will go over our Megaformer with you before class begins.

Expect some confusion

It's normal to not understand all the cues and move names during your first class. Listen carefully to the instructor and watch the advanced students in class! Your goal isn't to do the move perfectly, but instead to keep your body moving at a slow and controlled pace.

Come back

As with starting any new fitness program, consistency is key. Even if you're confused or sore, keep coming back! Your body (and mind) needs a couple weeks to develop new movement patterns. You'll start to look and feel stronger in no time. We recommend taking 3 classes per week, and taking class from different instructors to see which ones you vibe with the best.
